RETB Training for ScotRail at Corkerhill Depot
Comms Design were invited to deliver on-site training at Corkerhill Depot this month, home of ScotRail’s Class 156 fleet. Our staff provided training on the Cab Equipment Test Set which allows the Depot to run periodic tests and diagnose potential faults on the RETB Next Generation on-vehicle equipment without having to send it away; thereby reducing turnaround times and keeping equipment in service.
ScotRail now have a Cab Equipment Test Set available for both the Glasgow and Inverness depots, serving Class156 and 158 fleets on the West Highland and Far North lines. With 90 cab fitments, ScotRail are one of our biggest RETB users.
